Prologue to Volume II of 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation

As we noted in our Introduction to the previous work in this series, 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation, Volume I, Access to Tools,[1] humanity is at its crossroads.

Since that first volume was published (2018) and the draft of this work, Volume II, Application of Tools,[2] was published online (August 10—December 9, 2019),[3] the stakes have escalated exponentially and the time for direct action has arrived, including lawsuits[4] filed in certain jurisdictions, opt-outs from regimes that have no legal authority over the nation-states to which they claim suzerainty, as well as non-violent protests (to isolate intelligence services’ agent provocateurs posing as “Antifa,” etc.) directed at selected organizations and stakeholders.

This rapid acceleration of the moves on the global chessboard began with a virus event—what the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel promoted under the “Covid-19” brand—to jump start the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) ideological trojan horse, “the great reset,” and its “build back better” cover story—as we discussed in our “Connecting the ‘economic reset’ with the virus and racist events”[5] post (Jun 19, 2020), in which we detailed many of the plans and strategies of the global for-profit corporate apparatus, including its various intelligence, media, medical, and pseudo-legal levers.

During the initial volley of attacks (late 2019 and throughout 2020), fake science, altered and exaggerated numbers, and corporate media propaganda and censorship (using hand-chosen “experts” who serve as fronts for the cartel’s public fabrications and private objectives) were employed to create the illusion of a pandemic, with the actual incidence of infection (even according to the CDC’s reluctantly published, and then buried, numbers[6]), falling perfectly in line with the trends in previous years’ flu statistics. This is not to say that there weren’t extreme medical issues resulting in injuries and deaths (e.g., 5G and/or gain-of-function induced influenzas) that were seeded in selected locations around the globe, beginning at least by the late autumn of 2019.[7]

As events unfolded, we noted in “The PSYOPS driving the fascist reset”[8] (Feb 5, 2021) a telling list of civilian and military operations being used to facilitate the implementation of the cartel’s left-brain only (i.e., half-witted), technocratic dystopia, in which a small number of financiers, via their executive-level operatives, aim to create their perverted version of sustainability—that is, continued overconsumption by the 1% and underconsumption by those who remain standing after the depopulation event is carried out via injections and related totalitarian actions, such as:

· choking the money supply,
· disrupting the supply chain,
· destroying independent businesses,
· enabling evictions,
· manufacturing and utilizing weather as a weapon,
· monopolizing farmland,
· burning down, blowing up, and shutting down food processing centers,
· poisoning the food chain with additives, including genetic modifications, as well as chemical explosions,
· deploying lockdowns,
· forcing inappropriate medical procedures in violation of the Nuremberg Code, and
· instigating war across the globe.

The next volley of attacks (2021) involved fostering the illusion of a series of dangerous external virus mutations when, in fact, it can be shown using statements[9] and data from the CDC (in both the US and UK) and a significant number of studies published by qualified professionals who have no conflict of interest (financial relationship) with those orchestrating events (that is, their studies are based on scientific method and empirical reasoning) that the viruses (for example, the so-called “monkeypox”) were and are contained in the injections themselves, (among a host of other weaponized ingredients, including patented bio-weaponized genetic sequences [e.g., mRNA and HIV, with Anthony Fauci being one of the patent holders of the latter], gain-of-function viruses, graphene oxide [resulting in blood thickening, causing strokes and heart attacks], in addition to other compounds that perform a variety of biologically disruptive functions [e.g., male and female sterilization, stillborn births, spontaneous abortions, and menstrual irregularities, plus a significant increase in various cancers]), resulting in a spike in the mortality rate (“excess mortalities”).[10]

It is no coincidence that the first round of the monkeypox (before any additional outbreaks were distributed) occurred only in nations where the Pfizer vaccine had been administered.[11] Yet, despite the number of infected persons being miniscule, the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global health emergency and continued to push their “super-sovereignty” pandemic treaty for global adoption, pretending to ignore the worldwide protests that prevented this illegal and unconstitutional maneuver from being implemented just a couple of months earlier.[12] The UN and the current regime in control of the US Corporation have no legal or constitutional authority to do any of this.[13]

Meanwhile, a broad spectrum of client-states, that is, those controlled or heavily influenced by the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel as well as those within the Sino-Russian coalition, appeared to be in agreement on most aspects of this second aggression, universal injections; however, without accurate numbers of those who were injured and those who died from the injections on the coalition side,[14] it is difficult to confirm if and how the vaccines distributed among cartel states were chemically different than those distributed among coalition states. In any case, we do have some reports of a rise in excess mortality in Russia.[15]

Unipolar or Multipolar, an agreement between subsidiaries or rivals?

One of the key questions that we raised periodically, before the virus event, in the initial online publication of Volume II, Application of Tools, is whether the global power structure is unipolar (controlled by the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel), multipolar (a competition between the cartel and the Sino-Russian coalition), or some hybrid of the two.

As we saw at each interval of this ideological check-in within the online edition of Volume II, both the unipolar and multipolar points-of-view have merits. However, still in the throes of the virus event (with continuing efforts by the perpetrators to inject everyone, including children, despite the massive data sets showing harm to all ages) and the great reset (UN Pandemic Treaty, inflationary price gouging, NATO aggressions, consolidation of corporate control, etc.) as we go to press with this updated version, it has become clear that there is, at least, some overlap of agreement between the cartel and the coalition regarding the need for forced medical interventions in violation of the Nuremberg Code, which was formulated following Nazi Germany’s crimes against humanity, including genocide and experimentation upon humans.

After WWII, the Nuremberg Code was instituted via ratification of the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights by the UN on March 23, 1976. The US, Russia, and China are among the signatories, although China has not ratified it internally via its political process; however, in China’s case, this may not be material, given the centralization of its decision making (in contrast to the cartel, which is also centralized, but expends much effort posing as a pluralist society).

Continuing with the question of unipolar versus multipolar, one of the most revealing incidents occurred during the late summer of 2021, when it became apparent that the so-called “delta variant of Covid-19” was a product of the mass injections taking place, with the injected accounting for the vast majority of cases, while the numbers of those who refused or avoided the injections (but who caught the pathogens via shedding from injected persons, as designed[16]), being a minority of cases.[17]

During this time, a similar strategy, regarding the promotion of so-called variants (remember, influenza mutates approximately every 72 hours) to coerce the masses to get injected, was being used in Cuba,[18] raising several compelling questions: Does this mean that despite the imposition of U.S. sanctions, Cuba is aligned with the UN’s 2030 depopulation program? By November of 2021, it was estimated that 93% of Cubans were vaccinated.[19] If accurate, this seems to indicate that each country decides on or has a target figure and distributes different variants of the injection—some loaded in various strengths, some placebos (as was done during the trials)—to depopulate. To be fair, the near-universal adoption of western medicine, better described as Rockefeller patent medicine, shows how successful the leading eugenicists on the planet have been in promoting a model (even to those who should know better) that does not follow scientific method and empirical reasoning.[20]

This also begs the question, “Is the Sino-Russian coalition is operated by the cartel as “useful opposition,” to create the appearance of conflict for the purposes of manipulating public opinion (Orwell’s "Two minutes of hate") to serve its objectives, or is this just an area of overlap between two separate systems with different operational objectives? In any case, the query is legitimate and still qualifies as an “open question.”

Meanwhile, the naming of virus mutations that originated with the gain-of-function research sponsored by Fauci in the U.S. and then in China, at Wuhan (which resulted in a concoction of weaponized materials in the injections), continued to follow the Greek alphabet (as if the use of a classical language represented a certification of scientific method and empirical reasoning); for example, by the autumn of 2021 corporate medicine trotted out their next fear factor—the omicron variant, and used it globally as a stick with which to beat people.

Of course, the medical cartel, begun by John D. Rockefeller in 1910, is better understood as “corporate science”[21]; that is, when corporations control the state and society (fascism), science serves the objectives of the financiers: power, profit, propaganda, and population reduction, and not human evolution, nor the advancement of knowledge (except within intelligence operations).

Lawyers are barred from serving in Congress

But the large and invisible elephant in the echo chamber of the corporate press’ version of events is a series of laws that delegitimize the corporate government of the U.S. and, further, even within the context of this faux government, make all its medical mandates illegal.

The historic record of various states shows that banking cartel literally rewrote the history of these United States of America by passing “The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871,” creating a corporation in the District of Columbia called the United States of America. The act revoked prior legislation relative to the district’s municipal charter and, most egregiously, led to adoption of a fraudulent constitution in which the original Thirteenth Amendment, passed in 1819, was omitted. Following this, the cartel set about destroying documentation of the 13th Amendment and pretended it was never ratified.[22] Thus, the amendment still stands despite the faux legal structure under which we are ruled by the privately held banking regime. That amendment gives teeth to Article 1 Section 9 Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution, which revokes citizenship from anyone accepting titles of nobility, such as Esquire, common to lawyers. Thus, all laws passed since 1819 are rescinded, including the Act of 1871, meaning the current political and economic apparatus in control of the United State of America is illegitimate; that is, the corporate entity formed in 1871 has no legal standing, only the barrel of a gun to enforce anything.

Additionally, even under the laws of this faux government, all medical mandates, such as masks and injections are illegal due to its largely non-citizen Congress ratifying the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights in 1992. Article 7 of the ICCPR is the Nuremberg Code. ⁠

Vaccination requirements or coercion for employment, travel, or any other purpose are contrary to the Nuremberg Code. In prosecuting Nazi crimes against humanity and war crimes, the U.S. implicitly consented to the code: ⁠

“If certain acts and violations of treaties are crimes, they are crimes whether the United States does them or whether Germany does them. We are not prepared to lay down a rule of criminal conduct against others which we would not be willing to have invoked against us.” —U.S. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson, the chief prosecutor of the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials following World War II

In addition, it is illegal under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to mandate or coerce anyone into being injected or ingesting any medication issued under this US Corporation provision, which is the case with all current vaccines presently available. The only FDA-approved (with stipulations) vaccines are not available as of this date, and mandating or coercing anyone after they are available would still be a violation of the Nuremberg Code.

Finally, it is illegal under HIPAA[23] to ask for anyone’s medical status, unless in an individual instance such an inquiry has been approved through a judicial process.

“The folks who believe that the president can direct the Department of Labor to compel employers of more than 100 persons to require vaccines of the healthy and who also believe that a governor can do similarly for public and private employers in his state — and cite the 1905 Jacobson case to support their claims — are sadly ignorant of the 20th-century jurisprudence that stands firmly, convincingly and uniformly against them.

“Moreover, these pro-vaccine mandate folks also confuse legislation with executive orders. Under the Guarantee Clause of the Constitution, only laws enacted by a state legislature, not gubernatorial commands, have the force of law. Under the separation of powers doctrine in the federal system, only Congress writes laws, not the president.

“And under current Supreme Court rulings, we all can decide for ourselves what medications to take while the government takes a hike.”[24]

Aside from being sued, everyone participating in any mandates or coercion of a medical procedure should be arrested and charged with crimes against humanity, just like the Nazis.[25]

It is in the context of this faux legal system—and its continuous crimes against humanity, including the manufactured virus event, global wars of aggression, and other depopulation crimes, perpetrated by those controlling the US Corporation via intelligence services and other executive-level gangsters—that we publish Volume II of 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation.

Prosecution of war crimes and crimes against humanity

There are currently several cases proceeding through the courts[26] that may result in convictions of those responsible for the advance planning and execution of these crimes, as outlined in the 2010 Rockefeller Foundation white paper[27] and the consequent ordering of Covid-19 vaccines and related materials well before the Covid-19 variant was “discovered.”[28]

As a result, the perpetrators are now asking for amnesty in advance of any verdicts.[29] In addition to the various crimes we covered in our May 2021 article, “In the name of ‘science,’”[30] subsequent events and studies have further revealed the extent and depravity of the conspiracy details and its ruthless global medical, economic, psychological, and social effects.

Consolidation of government functions in private hands

While the virus event was the centerpiece for the financiers’ great reset pipedream, virtually all their initiatives are multi-faceted assaults on prior societal forms of organization and thought. This is exemplified in the lockdowns that accompanied the enforcement of various faux scientific practices, such as injections, masking, and social distancing.

After centuries of leveraging privately owned banks to gradually consolidate global for-profit corporate entities and the natural resources and governments of a long list of formerly sovereign nation states, as well as control over the political and economic executive-level operatives overseeing these public-sector subsidiaries, the financiers’ war on the world accelerated when it bribed the faux US Congress to pass the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, thus creating the monetary printing press for the world’s largest economy and what would become the principal world reserve currency, as it remains today,[31] despite the uptick in alternative currencies such as the yuan and various other coalition currencies, as well as the growing call for the proposed BRICS currency.

The objectives of the central bankers

As we have detailed in Volume I and in various articles, the ultimate goal of the financiers who control the key central banks, corporations, and governments is a one world government as currently being promoted by the UN and its subsidiaries, such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) and World Health Organization, whose agenda includes targets for reducing the world population and the consumption levels of those that remain (excluding the cartel’s executive class puppets), as well as control over thought and speech, just as Orwell described.

At this point, their illegitimate[32] consolidation of power extends far and wide but remains outside of the sphere of influence of the Sino-Russian coalition of nation-states that either control their own currency, or have at least isolated it from cartel domination, by trading with coalition partners using their own currencies. Every fiscal quarter brings announcements of increasing commerce among the coalition’s partners and cartel states looking for a way out of the private central banks’ debt slavery. We see this as another example of why we must consider the question of unipolar versus multipolar an open question.

Ukraine

Our 2019 online version of Volume II focused on three hot spots—Syria, Iran, and Venezuela—as a means analyzing the power struggle between US, Russian, and Chinese economic and military power. To this analysis we now must add Ukraine, since it provides new perspectives on how these dynamics are unfolding and escalating.

While the cartel’s propagandists have worked very hard to convince the world that Russia’s 2022 operations in Ukraine were unprovoked, nothing could be further from the truth. Ignoring the multifaceted British and Russian colonial clashes of the 18th and 19th centuries, the history of the banking cartel’s aggression towards Russia begins with the Russian revolution. After the provisional government under Kerensky considered creating a state-owned central bank, the financiers backed Lenin and ended up controlling Russia’s central bank[33]; thus, the entire so-called socialist experiment in the USSR was operated within a capitalist framework, with the state paying principal and interest to the financiers while trying to achieve a succession of five-year plans.

Yet, despite this framework of what is properly termed state capitalism, the central bankers relentlessly pursued their goal of a Russia free from any remnants of socialist ideology. To this end, the Bushes, Harrimans, Dulles brothers, Rockefellers, et al., supported the rise of Hitler and funded the Nazi war machine,[34] with the focus being an invasion of Russia. The Russians lost 22 million men defeating the Nazis while serving as allies with the US and UK. Yet before WWII ended, the US was making plans to nuke Russia and China.[35] Thus, the ever-escalating nuclear arms race between the US and the USSR (and later Russia) was underway. As we note in Volume II, Section I, the technological balance of nuclear weaponry is at present slightly tipped in Russia’s favor, with the US scrambling to catch up in the hypersonic delivery platform.

Despite the post-war division of Europe between NATO and the Warsaw Pact, the banking cartel, and its public-sector subsidiaries (the US, UK, EU, etc.), maintained its long-term focus on destroying the USSR and gaining control over its vast resources, including Ukraine.[36] This began with the cultivation of Ukrainian and Polish Nazis:

“… an armed underground movement in Western Ukraine was dubbed 'Aerodynamic'. The CIA assembled war criminals and Bandera movement activists from filtration camps, and created an agent network. Their task was to sabotage nuclear plants and dams on Ukrainian territory in an effort to separate it from the Soviet Union. They terrorised civilians and were responsible for at least 35,000 casualties, according to CIA co-founder Frank Wisner.

“In the early 1950s, Red Army units mostly wiped out the nationalist insurgency, however the CIA employed a new strategy. Since then Ukrainian nationalists have been engaged in an ideological anti-Russian war. The operation ‘Prolog’ gradually stoked nationalist sentiment in Ukraine and bred loyalty to Nazi ideas.”[37]

According to Zbigniew Brzezinski (advisor to Presidents Carter and Johnson and organizer of the Trilateral Commission for David Rockefeller), it has been official US policy since the last century to separate and use Ukraine against Russia to prevent Russian influence in Europe. This strategy sees the landmass of Eurasia as the center of global power and seeks to prevent any challenge to US global pre-eminence, as Russia would be if it were aligned with Ukraine. Thus, the 2014 US-backed coup d’état was implemented to prevent Ukraine from signing a superior financing agreement with Russia, compared to the cartel’s terms.

“… if Moscow regains control over Ukraine, with its 52 million people and major resources as well as its access to the Black Sea, Russia automatically again regains the wherewithal to become a powerful imperial state, spanning Europe and Asia.”[38]

“… even the first admissions into the EU from Central Europe are not likely before the year 2002 or perhaps somewhat later. Nonetheless, after the first three new NATO members have also joined the EU, both the EU and NATO will have to address the question of extending membership to the Baltic republics, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, and Slovakia, and perhaps also, eventually, to Ukraine.”[39]

Brzezinski’s action plan regarding Ukraine is a direct violation of both the assurances given in 1990 by NATO that it does not plan on expanding eastward. To quote US Secretary of State James Baker:

“… not only for the Soviet Union but for other European countries as well it is important to have guarantees that if the United States keeps its presence in Germany within the framework of NATO, not an inch of NATO’s present military jurisdiction will spread in an eastern direction.”[40]

In fact, in the same year as Brzezinski’s statement, the Charter on a Distinctive Partnership, a long-term agreement that Ukraine will move gradually into cooperation with NATO and eventually become a member was signed by representatives of both NATO and Ukraine.

Now that Russia has expanded its originally defensive special operations in Ukraine to deal with the escalating aggressions of US, UK, and other NATO military personnel directing “Ukrainian” military operations on the ground in Ukraine, as well as acts of war by the US in sabotaging the Nord Stream pipeline[41] and, its use of Ukrainian mercenaries in attacking Russian territory,[42] it has become clear that the only way that the banking cartel can hang on to any Ukrainian territory is to bring in NATO troops and, perhaps, as Zelensky suggests, target Russian territory with nuclear weapons.[43]

While some dismissed Zelensky’s remarks as a means of trying to boost the morale of Ukrainians as they are fed into the Russian meatgrinder that is now moving steadily westward,[44] it would be a mistake to underestimate the psychopathology of the cartel’s operatives regarding the plausibility of nuclear war. Apparently, those overseeing US long-range nuclear missiles are being vetted for their willingness to press the launch button.[45] Russia is clearly aware of the desperation of the cartel and is prepared to pre-empt any such adventurism with strikes against the US and the rest of banking cartel’s public-sector subsidiaries (UK, EU, etc.).[46] Elsewhere, other nations outside of the cartel’s direct control gather momentum in collectively rejecting centuries of Anglo-Euro-American racism, colonialism, imperialism, and fascism.[47]

Another obstacle to NATO forces flooding into Ukraine is that such an action would likely bring China into the war as Russia’s ally. While a US ambassador warned China against such actions,[48] in reality, this is mere bluster in response to which China doubled down.[49] Not to let any of its gushing fountain of hubris go to waste, the US immediately responded with a provocative fly-by in the Strait of Taiwan[50] as well as rumblings regarding hand-to-hand combat across the Pacific.[51] In response to this, China called the US “… the world's biggest source of nuclear threat.”[52]

China has proposed a plan to end the Ukraine conflict based on the same principles it regularly promotes regarding global relations,[53] a plan supported by at least one EU member,[54] while other EU members privately have come to see the hopeless of Ukraine’s military position, though their terms for disengagement are as equally unrealistic as their puppet masters.[55] Meanwhile, the masses in Europe have no use for the cartel’s death wish.[56] Some even have disrupted the flow of the EUs military equipment to Ukraine.[57] Others have warned against cutting trade with China.[58]

Despite numerous protests in Europe[59] and elsewhere, much of this goes unnoticed with US domestic audiences, given the major propaganda and PSYOPS generated by intelligence services and their vast arsenal of glossy but semi-logical AI chat and corporate media theses generators. Much of the field testing for these platforms is done on social media, where it’s estimated up to two-thirds of the traffic is bots (the vast majority of which are generated by intelligence operations).[60] Yet, underneath this layer of compliant “good Germans” and matrix prisoners there is a strong core of resistance in the US as well, as evidenced by the various lawsuits and low uptake on the relentless rollout of injections.

Aside from the threats of nuclear war from the US and Zelensky as well as manufactured consent of the masses, as Russia gradually rolls back the mercenary cannon fodder impressed into service by the financiers, coming to the bargaining table with the cartel may look increasingly less attractive to Russia,[61] since the cartel breaks virtually every treaty to which it is a party. Perhaps the presence of Chinese troops to enforce the specifics of its proposed terms would be motivation to keep to the terms, though it is highly unlikely that the cartel would agree to this, since such a solution would undermine its red-baiting strategy and substantially reduce its control over the outcome in Ukraine. The absence of a ceasefire may create conditions for Russia to take Ukraine in its entirety and begin the rebuilding process while dealing with ongoing NATO aggressions.

Ukraine marginalizes Covid legal reckonings

One thing for certain, the war in Ukraine has drawn attention away from the many lawsuits and massive evidence against those who planned and implemented the virus and injection depopulation event. Despite various rollbacks of mask and injection mandates in an attempt at conjuring plausible deniability (“Mistakes were made.”), perhaps the cartel’s suicidal policies (attempting to provoke a nuclear war) in Ukraine are in response to the alternative for many of its executive-level apparatchiks: facing the music and going to prison.

Pejorative versus definitive

Note: We are extending the usual boundaries of language employed in scientific method and empirical reasoning in Volume II based on the data presented in Volume I and this prologue. While we recognize that certain terms (such as “amoral sociopaths”) when used without proof may be considered pejorative—that is, name-calling or ad hominem (a form of logical fallacy)—when used after a preponderance of evidence, as is the case here, such terms become definitive.

Updating Volume II for publication

As noted at the beginning of this prologue, we have briefly summarized what has ensued since the online version of Volume II was first posted. Proceeding from here, we will retain most of the original text and add updated text and footnotes to bring the analysis up to date, just as originally intended in the original online version, thus verifying the proof of concept that minimal edits are needed given the accuracy of the analysis and through line.
