Prologue
In this preamble and platform, we will provide the background information, details, and citations to support the domestic and global transformation required for humanity to evolve in a progressive, sustainable, and spiritual manner. The implementation of such a program requires us to take action, in a pushback against various measures that violate the Constitution of these United States of America, the Declaration of Human Rights, and the Nuremberg Code.
Our suggested current actions in the summary to this document include:

PREAMBLE
Privately controlled political parties
When a federal court dismissed a lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee (DNC), which charged the organization and Deborah Wasserman Schultz with conspiracy to rig the 2016 blue party primaries against Bernie Sanders, it recognized the claim by the DNC that it is a private organization which, if it so chooses, may violate the rights of its members to a fair and honest process.
In doing so, the court was openly verifying what studies have shown for a long time—that the red and blue political parties are owned and operated by the same small group of financiers and that both parties follow the same script in determining the legislative process. Add this to the U.S. electoral system being hacked by the those who manufacture and program the electronic voting and counting machines and apps, who are not Russians, but rather the same group of Anglo-Euro-American financiers, who also control the three branches of the U.S. government (among others) and a global network of transnational corporations.

As we detailed at the time, in our article, The 2016 (S)election, the 2016 general election was hacked just like the primary in question, but with an added twist: votes were stolen from the Green Party presidential candidate, Jill Stein, and given to the red party candidate, Donald Trump, to deliver the five key swing states to him, and thus provide the margin of victory. The numbers were adjusted to make it look like Stein prevented Clinton from winning, but in actuality her votes were transferred to Trump. (By the way, this same pattern shows up in many elections where a third party (e.g., Green Party presidential candidate Ralph Nader) is blamed for keeping the Democratic candidate (Al Gore) from winning (the 2000 general election) when, in fact, massive votes were tossed out and the results were altered electronically.)
While we may never know how many votes were stolen from Stein, because the courts refused to follow the law and facilitate a recount, it was apparently a considerable amount, as the powers-that-be found it necessary to nominate and appoint a slate of pseudo-progressive candidates in 2018 to draw Stein's constituency into the blue party fold, where their objectives would be thwarted via lip-service and legerdemain, as we explained in articles regarding Sanders and Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez.
A key part of the agenda of these #fakeprogressives is what they call "the Green New Deal," a perverted version of the original Green New Deal that was the Green Party platform in 2012, on which Stein ran for the presidency. In the #fakeGreenNewDeal there is no mention of nationalizing the Federal Reserve System, as there was in the original; instead, much like the Rockefeller Foundation controlled UN sustainability agenda, the program serves the objectives of global capital: power, profit, propaganda, and population reduction.
Corralling progressives into the one-party system
The strategy of the corporate blue party for the 2020 primary season was a shameless and transparent attempt to run as broad a spectrum of would-be candidates as possible to kettle all progressives and other blue-party sympathizers into voting for the blue brand, followed by each of the decoy candidates dropping out like dominos and endorsing other candidates who eventually endorsed Biden, whose victory was wholly manufactured in the corporate press and polls, as well as via electronic hacking, and by dusting off the Obama brand for endorsement purposes, which sits well with liberals ignorant of his actual record (and here, here, and here), both foreign and domestic.
In addition to this shepherding and the creation of the new #fakeprogressives sub-brand, the blue party (in conjunction with the Commission on Presidential Debates, a private organization jointly run by the red and blue parties) has made a concerted effort to keep the Green Party off the ballot (and here).
As for the Green Party, it continues to ignore its own plank on nationalizing the Fed, instead saying that reducing military spending and taxing corporations (particularly Wall Street) and the rich will pay for an upgrade in social programs. Further, its position on Israel and Palestine is the usual knee-jerk pseudo-leftist view that Israel is historic Palestine, which is a lie (cherry picking history is a logical fallacy: Palestina is the name Rome gave to the Philistine States, which is today's Gaza). Also, Green Party presidential candidate Howie Hawkins is on record saying his job is to make the blue party move left, which shows a complete lack of understanding of the power structure. Thus, it turns out that supporting the Green Party, with a protest vote, means supporting the corporate system currently in place (and here).
Sovereignty of the people, not corporations

Given that there are no candidates from the red-blue-green marketing brands who are proposing solutions which contain a feasible means for changing the status quo and the power structure that controls it, we announce our own candidacy for the office of President of these United States of America. Our purpose in doing so is to offer a vision of what is not only possible, but necessary for the welfare of our country and the world.
As we discussed in The bottom line for democracy, there are four requirements for a democratic republic: public banking, verifiable voting, decentralized media, and a non-ideological educational system. It is our objective to replace our current form of government (corporate control over the state, one of the textbook definitions of fascism) with one that re-establishes these foundational requirements, as required by the U.S. Constitution, as amended currently.
The most basic requirement for sovereignty of any nation and people is public ownership of the central bank. This is an actual requirement of Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution, which has been serially and unlawfully circumvented by agents of the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel (and here).
Without public control over money creation, everything remains under the control of the banking cartel. In 1976, the U.S. House of Representatives commissioned a study to see if the handful of bankers who created the Federal Reserve System in 1913 still owned it. The study shows that the original owners still control the Fed (and here).
Aside from leveraging the Fed to control the political parties and government of the U.S., as a result of Federal Reserve Notes becoming the world reserve currency in the early 1950s, the financiers began printing money to buy up global assets. In a peer-reviewed study published in 2010, three complex systems analysts from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich showed that the largest 43,060 transnational corporations were controlled by 147 public holding companies which, in turn, are controlled by less than 20 private bank holding companies.
PREFATORY SYNOPSIS
By declaring our candidacy, we aim to present a platform that raises the bar for genuine global transformation and enables the public to have a legitimate means of comparing and analyzing the paucity of what is being offered by the corporate state and its various brands.
PLATFORM
Section I
Constitutional restoration
As we discussed in our article, Rediscovering "In Congress, July 4th, 1776", the original intentions of those who wrote the Articles of Confederation, which was replaced by the Constitution, included limiting the power of a central government to the expressed powers only specifically granted. As detailed in previous articles, this intention has been subverted by the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel through a series of unlawful actions, including suppression of the original 13th Amendment.
Therefore, by restoring the Constitution, natural and common law shall be restored, providing us with the means to rebuild the United States of America as a sovereign democratic republic freed from the international and domestic BAR associations controlled by the banking cartel via the City of London, a foreign body corporate and politic.
Section II
Enforcement of Article I, Sections 8 & 10 of the Constitution of these United States of America
As we discussed in our article, 107 Years of Servitude, Article I, Section 8 requires Congress to issue money and regulate credit, just as Article I, Section 10 forbids the states from issuing their own currency ("bills of credit"), so there is no basis for arguing that private parties can supplant this sovereign function, any more than they can lawfully corporatize the army, the postal service, public roads, etc., which they have also enacted unlawfully.
Thus, our program begins with nationalizing the Federal Reserve System. Given the changes made by the Fed and the Bank of England in the early spring of 2020, which involved the manner in which the central banks of the US and UK create money for their governments, the conversion of the Fed, now operated as a privately controlled public central bank, into a publicly controlled central bank is a relatively simple matter, as we have discussed in our article, Transforming the U.S. and Global Economy, based on issuing sovereign dollars backed by the full faith and credit of the people of these United States of America; that is, money is the value created by labor, not by commodities (such as gold, silver, or oil), which are manipulated by those who control the markets).
Section III
Establishing an Economic Bill of Rights
As we discussed in our last book, 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation, Volume I, Access to Tools, pages 109-113, a public central bank and a network of public banks provides the foundation for creating an Economic Bill of Rights that guarantees universal basic income, universal healthcare, and universal education (including the arts). We quote:
"Commentary: T = Time, so the events above the dotted line represent the initial interval or event, and the events below the dotted line represent subsequent intervals or events.
"In this model, private for-profit banks have been phased out of existence. The nation's banks now consist of a publicly owned central bank (which is simply the nation "doing business as" [d/b/a] a bank) and publicly owned state, county, and municipal banks, and subsidiaries, as well as public banks formed by other political subdivisions that meet minimum capitalization requirements. In this case, with private banks no longer in the business of governance and no longer using compound interest as a means of inflating and deflating the value of the currency relative to goods and services, or to steal the value created by labor, the options for monetary policy improve significantly.
"First, interest can be eliminated, as was recently proposed in Russia. As noted in Step 1, interest is, in the end, nothing more than a mathematical trick, which does not represent the cost of creating money. Eliminating interest would return sovereignty to the people, instead of allowing a few bank holding companies to dictate global policy. As it currently stands, there are nations that have publicly owned central banks and yet are not sovereign nations, in that they still issue bonds and pay interest to private parties that hold the bonds, which act as collateral for the receipt of private bank notes. But as we've noted, privately owned for-profit banks are not businesses. They are unconstitutional as well as fraudulent criminal enterprises (as we discussed in our article, The running tab on bank fraud) that, by design, aim to destroy sovereignty and steal assets. It's also worth noting that the elimination of interest would not change the motivation of borrowers, since a good credit score would remain one of the basic qualifiers for borrowing within a publicly owned banking system.
"Second, each political subdivision, working in concert with its own bank (or a bank owned by another political subdivision), may create credit through zero-interest loans; however, these political subdivisions (states, counties, municipalities, and other taxing districts) would be subject to balanced budgets and non-inflationary credit policies, evaluated by an analysis of the local price index (LPI), based on a basket of goods deemed to be necessary for "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness" of the inhabitants. In other words, an economic bill of rights would determine the basket of goods and services to which the sovereign currency would be indexed (for example, food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education, access to cultural tools, etc.), thus guiding the central bank as to the inflationary or deflationary pressures on the currency in local markets. Adjustments to the money supply could be made by (1) increasing or decreasing the availability of local credit, (2) by increasing or decreasing taxes at any level (city, county, state, or nation), (3) by the federal government spending base money directly into the economy or through grants to other levels of government, or (4) through the use of universal dividends (income)—in other words, “humanity credits”—as machines, computers, robots, and artificial intelligence take over an increasing number of repetitive and menial jobs.
"In the first interval (T), a publicly owned central bank participating with a state, county, or municipal bank, or a subsidiary of such, creates a loan of $100, which increases the money supply by $100. No interest or fees are charged, so there is no inflationary pressure on the goods and/or services created from the loan. The base money that the central bank spends into circulation to pay for the banking overhead would be figured as part of the overall growth or shrinkage of the economy, depending on the size of the workforce and the value of the goods and services in circulation.
"When the loan is repaid, the money supply is reduced by $100 for a net gain/loss of zero. The money supply may be further altered by increasing or decreasing the rate at which loans are being created, based on the aforementioned amalgamated local price indices or, as noted, via tax rates and/or grants. Points could be charged for loan services as well.
"As long as the money supply expands or contracts proportionately to the availability of goods and services in circulation, prices will neither inflate nor deflate. The tax rate could be set to zero, if there is no inflation, or if there were deflation. In the latter case, additional government spending (base money) would be called for, or more local credit could be made available. So, instead of the fake quantitative easing (QE) enacted by the Fed following the 2008 crash—where the money went to the "too big to fail" banks to buy up defaulted collateralized assets at fire sale prices—in a public banking system, QE would be channeled directly into the economy, particularly via small businesses (which generated half the jobs in the U.S., before the 2008 crash).
"Also, states, counties, municipalities, and other political subdivisions, would have the option of issuing zero-interest bonds, which could then be purchased by the central bank or the state bank, depending on whether the issuer of the bonds was the state, or a county or city. The proceeds from the bonds would be spent, by the party issuing the bonds, into the money supply. The repayment of the bonds would later be extracted from the money supply in the form of tax revenues or fees and then paid back to the public bondholder. The net effect of the bonds on the money supply is zero. Thus, bonds—at the state, county, municipal or other political subdivision level—are another means of temporarily adjusting the money supply and regulating the value of currency, as per inflationary or deflationary trends indicated by the LPI. The projects that could be funded are endless at this point, given the environmental destruction and infrastructure deterioration that has transpired under the final vulture stages of capitalism, regardless of red or blue administrations.
"If the Central Bank and the entire network of state and local banks were publicly owned and did not charge interest, then the banks and their corresponding governments, working in concert, could thus maintain a sustainable economy and stable currency. Such a system was proposed in Greece, during the recent crisis, as the only viable solution to debt as an instrument of war and terrorism, before the eventual sellout of Greece by Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras, after the people voted "No!" to the plan which he accepted later from the cartel.
"Given the starkly different outcomes of private versus public control over money creation, we must ask why we would allow private ownership over currency, with its poison pill of usury, to doom the planet to economic tyranny, environmental destruction, the gutting of the value of labor, the legalization of the theft of assets, and a totalitarian society?
"The answer to this should be that we have no intention of allowing this to continue and that, as Jefferson said:

Section IV
Foreign policy
As we discussed in our last book, 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation, Volume II, Application of Tools, the foreign policy of the pseudo-legal entity, the U.S., serves the objectives of global capital; however, this is not to say that there are not forces, particularly those based on proselytizing religions, that pose a threat to human rights, as we discuss in Section III: Key theatres of war: Syria, Iran, and Venezuela of that work (Volume II).
Further, given the transformation of the domestic political economy of these United States of America as discussed in Volume II, Sections I, II, and III, the sovereign entity of these United States of America can regain a positive leadership role in alleviating global conflicts and economic deprivation. Our summary of the key principles for this initiative, as published in Volume II, Section IV, WWIII treaty stipulations are:
Treaty principle #1Private control over money creation is prohibited. Money, the value created by labor, may not be commodified and sold or traded for private profit. Currency is a public utility and is managed for the public welfare, which we define as including various universal rights for humans, the biosphere, and the planet.
Treaty principle #2
Any religious objectives that include world domination (via proselytizing, indoctrination, forced conversions, inquisitions, internment camps, ghettos and identity badges, asset seizures, expulsions, jihads, crusades, pogroms, etc.) are prohibited.
Treaty principle #3
Given the implementation of treaty principles #1 and #2, regions of sovereign states within which minorities have suffered historical persecution shall be decentralized into self-determining protectorates; that is, autonomous regions within a larger federation or united independent states (which eventually become unnecessary, as our manufactured hostilities abate).
Treaty principle #4
With the implementation of treaty principles #1, #2, and #3, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (separate from the U.N. organization) becomes a centerpiece for the lawful basis of global governance.
Treaty principle #5
All significant political and economic policies and operations—including the production and use of energy and goods and services, in both the public and private sectors—must be sustainable.
Intelligence psychological operations (PSYOPS) create cognitive dissonance in the masses
As we discussed in 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation, Volume I, Access to Tools, Step 6—Restoring Law, Science, and Logic, part of the totalitarian agenda of the corporate state involves the replacement of scientific method and empirical reasoning with sophistry posing as law, science, and logic; that is, the rationalizations for corporate control are comprised of logical fallacies that further the objectives of global capital.
Also, as we discussed in our articles, The Virus Event and the Rockefeller Foundation Plan and Connecting the "economic reset" with the virus and racist events, the current virus event is part of this longstanding, larger agenda designed to provide the rationale for enslaving the human race via mandatory vaccines containing nanoparticles and chips, by which human DNA is altered and artificial intelligence is induced (and here, here, and here).

Moving forward
