ORDER OF COURT Upon consideration of the Petition for Review of Final Action of the Title Setting Board Concerning Proposed Initiative 2013-2014 #45 and now being sufficiently advised in the premises,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties file simultaneous Opening Briefs on or before October 1,2013. The parties may file simultaneous Answer Briefs within fourteen (14) days after service of the Opening Briefs. Pursuant to C.A. R. 3l(b) parties filing on paper must file an original and lO copies of their briefs.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all briefs shall be filed and served upon the opposing parties by hand delivery, or through an overnight delivery service.
