U.S. Government Weather Modification and Weaponization Assessment

Four years before this report, the use of weather-as-a-weapon was also confirmed by the New York Times.

Twelve years earlier, another government report (cover pictured above) (an Interdepartmental Committee for Atmospheric Sciences [ICAS] report, developed by NASA, to the executive office of the president on climate engineering) discussed the ongoing programs at that time, and the commitment to pursue experimentation.

What these reports make clear is that those who control the U.S. government have been pursuing climate modification and weather-as-a-weapon for over a half century. Recent satellite photos show how HAARP and other weaponry is used to intensify and direct weather.

Russia has similar programs, as does China (also here and here). There are additional weapons specifically built to control hurricanes and tornados. Attempts to modify the weather date back to 1841.

Corporate science versus scientific method and Empirical Reasoning

The data set showing that weather manipulation and weather-as-a-weapon is entirely ignored by corporate controlled climate scientists, yet the evidence is that such programs are the number one factor in climate change. According to one whistleblower, the program will be intensified in 2022. (In addition to weather disruption, these programs also are aimed at civilian populations.)

Since scientific method and empirical reasoning require that all relevant data be considered for an analysis to be valid, and since not one so-called climate scientist makes any reference to the above documentation on weather manipulation and weather-as-a-weapon, then no studies on global warming or global cooling are valid. Further, this reveals that there is an agenda involved in pushing action on global warming as a cover for the weaponization of weather, just as 31,487 scientists have proclaimed, to enable the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel's objectives of power, profit, propaganda, and population reduction.
